The terms that apply when you place an order with us.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the sale of rice and related products through our website risoacquaesole.it. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

3. Order placement

To place an order, select the product, the format, add to your cart and proceed to checkout. The checkout is provided in Italian. Order confirmation is sent by email. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include Italian VAT at 22% where applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal and credit card. Payment is processed at the time of order.

5. Shipping

We ship across Italy and the European Union. Shipping zones, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the destination country.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, write to us at segreteria@anfedagri.it with your order details.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods that have been opened, as governed by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo).

7. Legal warranty

All our products carry the 24-month legal warranty for conformity to consumer goods under EU consumer law (Directive 2019/771).

8. Complaints

For any complaint regarding the quality of our rice or a delivery, please write to us at segreteria@anfedagri.it. We will respond promptly and seek a fair resolution.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, EU consumer protection rules apply. The competent court is the Court of Novara (Italy), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of residence of the customer.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force on the date your order is placed.
