Our mission

To grow, mill and bring to your table Italian rice of authentic quality — the same rice we eat ourselves — through a closed-loop integrated supply chain that we control directly, here in Lumellogno (Novara, Italy).

Quality policy

Our production quality is certified ISO 9001. This means our quality management system is audited by an independent third party. We commit to:

• select only certified seeds for every variety we grow;
• monitor every step of cultivation and milling;
• maintain full traceability of every pack of rice we sell;
• continuously improve our processes through internal review and external audit.

Environmental policy

Our farm operates with attention to biodiversity and ecological sustainability:

• cultivation methods that respect the paddy field ecosystem (frogs, herons, aquatic insects);
• solar (photovoltaic) energy for our rice drying facilities;
• integrated water management aligned with the Po Plain irrigation system;
• minimal packaging, sourced for recyclability;
• closed-loop integrated supply chain reduces transport, intermediaries and product handling.

People we work with

Our workers are part of the AnFed Agri family. We commit to fair working conditions, training, and a safe workplace, in compliance with Italian labour law and EU health and safety regulations.

Customers and partners

We commit to honesty in every communication. We do not invent stories about our rice; we do not use marketing slogans we cannot substantiate; we are open to visits to our farm, in Lumellogno, so customers and partners can see the supply chain with their own eyes.
