Where we ship
We ship our rice across the European Union. At the moment we do not ship outside the EU.
Shipping costs
Shipping is handled by a courier. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address, before you confirm and pay. We do not apply a fixed shipping fee, so the exact amount depends on your destination within the EU.
Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination country. The estimated delivery time for your address is shown during checkout. We pack and hand over each order to the courier as quickly as we can.
Prices and currency
All prices on this website are shown in euro (EUR). The price you see for each product is the price you pay, plus the shipping cost calculated at checkout.
Your right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day on which you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
To cancel, simply tell us within that period by writing to segreteria@anfedagri.it. You may use the standard cancellation form provided by law, but you do not have to: any clear statement is fine.
After you have told us, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. The cost of returning the goods is paid by you.
We can accept returns only if the packaging is intact, sealed and unopened, and the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
Food items cannot be returned once opened
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery. This means that opened bags of rice cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will refund the amount you paid for the returned products within 14 days of the date we are informed of your decision to cancel. We use the same payment method you used for your order, unless we agree otherwise with you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown that you have sent them back.
Faulty or incorrect items (legal guarantee)
Separately from your right to cancel, as a consumer you have the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please write to us at segreteria@anfedagri.it. We will send you a return form and a return code (RMA) and we will take care of it, including the related costs, within the limits of the legal guarantee. This guarantee covers defects that were present at the time of delivery.
